Programs at the Hub Farm
The Hub Farm provides experiential learning opportunities for all age levels, pre K – 12th grade. Hub Farm programs are free for Durham Public School groups.
Elementary
Experience the farm! Meet and feed our chickens, explore, harvest, and taste in the garden, hunt for critters in our creek, and learn about aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems at our forest classroom and pond!

Dive into agricultural education! Fish in our pond, hunt for critters in our creek, meet and feed our chickens, explore, harvest, and taste in the garden, and experience beekeeping!

High School
Get your hands dirty! Learn how to prune and propagate plants, inoculate mushrooms, save seeds, fish, inspect a beehive, or care for chickens. Apply for one of our spring or summer internships for hands-on agricultural and CTE experience!
